Theresa and Sergiobushveld wanderings & the merriness of Zimbabwe meeting Spain

Theresa and Sergio had their bush-inspired wedding at the beautiful venue of Chengeta Safari Lodge. Friends and family came from all over the world to celebrate with them – and with Sergio’s Spanish family, the couples’ Dubai friends (where they are based) and of course Theresa’s Zimbabwe connection the wedding was a wonderful melting pot of different cultures, characters and cheerfulness.  Feet were tapping way before the dance floor opened and when it did – I don’t think anyone every left! The ceremony was simply beautiful, with Chengeta’s hallowed fig tree and some incredible late afternoon August light really creating some magic! I don’t often comment on decor & flowers but I really loved the details at Teresa & Sergio’s wedding – beautifully and lovingly put together by the team at Vela Creative, with the most gorgeous flowers by Chelsea Wilson.
